The staff was not interested in any of that and I was told if I couldn't produce my husband's ID then I was considered a fraud. I explained to the staff and even showed them the proof of purchase in my email. No one ever told us this information before, and my husband couldn't be there. At the other line I was told that I need to present my husband's ID because he was the one who ordered the tickets. We stayed in one line then we were told to go to another line to exchange their box office tickets.
My husband got really sick so he can't make it. We paid extra and bought three good seat tickets to see this show because this would be the first Las Vegas show for my eight-year-old daughter.
